The Petite Diaper Bag: Perfect for Back-of-Car Changes

I made the Petite Diaper Bag from One Yard Wonders recently for my workmate Debbie, who is a HUGE Paul Frank Monkey Julius fan.

I hunted for the fabric for a while and, believe it or not, couldn’t find it anywhere in the US, so finally ordered it online from an Etsy shop based in Hong Kong! Luckily I only needed a yard and it arrived in a couple weeks in the mail.

Debbie is also an avid iPhone user, so I improvised (surprised? thought not) and added a clear iPhone pocket and a lanyard clip to hold either her keys or a pacifier.

For those considering making this bag, know that it really is a PETITE diaper bag. It holds a couple disposables, a slim pack of wipes and one or two other necessities, and that’s it! Perfect for a quick run to the store or to keep in the back of your car as an emergency diaper kit.

I’m posting this today because Debbie had her baby this morning! Welcome baby Tiernan Bodhi Cuppu!
