		<description>Hmmm ... this is also one of my childhood favourites ... in German they are called &#039;Frikadellen&#039; .. who would have thought :)  As far as I recall the German recipe adds some mustard to the mix .. and they are just fried (no simmering in water later .. but I  can see how that makes an extra nice gravy)  .. great .. NOW i am hungry !!!</description>
